Eh, sorry about the lack of deviations! I can't find time to draw, or the incentive to. Sorry, guys. I'll hopefully get around two uploads a week if I can.
News - in the end, we didn't have the strike. Annoying. At least the bus lines ran, so that was good.
And.... I got my new HMM Shield Liger! This is one epic kit, with really tiny and complicated instructions. However, I am really enjoying it (I've done all his body and four paws, but no legs) so far. I think I prefer just sticking pieces together like this kit to making sure everything's perfectly aligned for mechanical movement, like in a battery-powered kit. I am awed by the level of detail (who the heck is going to be interested in the vents INSIDE the paws?) and the extremely clever way articulation is achieved. My only problems have been the head, which wasn't fitting together well and the golden pieces attaching the shoulder to the body and allowing it to move up and down. I cut the first pair off on the opposite end to the narrow, breakable part, and this stressed it quite a lot - they both broke and kept breaking everytime I glued them until I smothered them with enough superglue to make them breakproof, though I suspect that shoulder will always be a bit stiff and hard to move.
Oh yes, the joint that attaches the torso/middle of the liger to the hips. Two little strips, and if they give out his legs are dead. So I glued them, too. Otherwise, this kit is great - I'm a fan of the new head shape, it looks much more dangerous then the old liger head, though the old one looks cuter. And we all know how much that matters.
The liger's name will be Vant. He will be a he. That's all I've figured out right now...
In other news... holidays! Can't wait to eat my Snickers easter egg... Other then that, easter doesn't mean much for me, even though everyone's going on about it's religious significance.
Other then that.. nothing coming. I'm still hoping to get a Brastle, and also a nice cheap four-legged zoid to do the bionicle mash on. Right now, though, my family can't figure out why I want THREE zoids, and asking for another so soon after getting Vant will result in failure. One day I'll get Paypal. Now, though, I just have to ask my dad. I paid completely for Vant, by the way (35 euros, free delivery), though now I'm wondering if I should have turned him into a birthday present to me and let the parents pay for it. Oh yes - my birthday's coming up. I can't wait!

Our brain uses less power than a refrigerator light, weighs 3 pounds, yet processes over 100 trillion instructions every second; faster than any computer.
Yeah, I'd say it's pretty important...
